We offer wellness consultations, personal coaching sessions, and group workshops designed to support your health journey.

2.1 Service Delivery

Services are delivered in person or online as specified at the time of booking.

2.2 Refund and Rescheduling Policy for Services

Clients may request rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduled sessions will be arranged at a mutually agreed time. If a session is canceled less than 24 hours before its start, no refund is available due to preparation requirements. All approved refunds are issued to the original method of purchase within 10 business days. Certain premium packages are non-refundable due to guaranteed availability; these are clearly marked at the time of purchase.

3. Information Products

This includes digital guides and video tutorials delivered electronically.

3.1 Access and Delivery

Information products are delivered via a secure download link and email.

3.2 Refund Policy for Information Products

Clients may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the download link has not been accessed. Once access occurs, no refund is available. All approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original method of purchase.

4. Goods

This covers physical items such as branded apparel and wellness kits.

4.1 Shipping and Inspection

Goods are shipped within 5 business days. Clients should inspect items upon arrival.

4.2 Refund Policy for Goods

Unused and undamaged goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Clients are responsible for return shipping. After receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to the original method of purchase within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved third-party payment services. All charges appear as 'SaintsMaxFit' on statements.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any purchase or account for violation of these terms.
